2. Ordering From Us
2.1 How the Contract Is Formed
A contract is formed once we send you an Order Confirmation email. Until then, your order is an invitation to purchase.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all order details, artwork, sizing, and quantities are correct before confirming your order.
3. Customised Products
3.1 Custom Products Are Final
Customised products are made-to-order and cannot be cancelled, altered, or returned once production has begun, unless they are faulty.
3.2 Artwork & Proofing
If we provide a proof or mock-up, you must check:
- Spellings
- Colours
- Placement
- Sizes
- Layout
If you approve a proof with errors, we are not liable for those errors.
3.3 Artwork Quality
If you upload low-resolution or poorly formatted artwork, we will advise you of any issues. By proceeding, you accept that returns due to print clarity cannot be accepted.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed on our website and include/exclude VAT depending on settings. If we discover a pricing error after your order, we will notify you before processing.
4.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Late Payments (Business Customers)
We may charge interest on overdue invoices at a reasonable commercial rate.
5. Delivery
Delivery information is available in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once payment is made in full.
6. Returns & Faults
Returns rules are detailed in our Returns Policy.
You must notify us of any faults within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork to our website, you confirm you hold the rights or have permission to use it. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to print your design and use it in anonymised promotional material unless you tell us otherwise.
8. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business, profit, or reputation
- Colour variation between screens and printed garments
Our maximum liability is the total price you paid for the order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be handled by UK courts.
